Ingredients

  • Mustard oil 1 tbsp


  • Onion 3


  • Tomatoes 3


  • Green chillies 4


  • Curry leaves 2 stalks


  • Salt 2 tsp


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp


  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp


  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp


  • Cumin powder 1 tsp


  • Sardines 1 can

Directions

  • Add finely chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves to hot oil in a pan
  • Add ginger garlic paste and fry it till onions are golden brown
  • Add chopped tomatoes and salt to taste
  • Add cumin powder, red chilli powder, and turmeric powder. Cover the pan for 10 min
  • Add sardines and add some salt if needed. Cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes
  • Serve it with bread
