Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 cabbage


  • 2 tomatoes


  • 1 onion


  • 1 teaspoon hing


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1.5 teaspoon dhaniya powder


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1.5 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1 teaspoon amchur powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon ajwain


  • 2 table spoon besan


  • 1/2 bowl chopped green coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take half cabbage
  • Chop cabbage
  • Add besan salt ajwain red chilli powder and mix well
  • Make puree of tomato and onion
  • Make small balls of cabbage and fry in oil on medium flame
  • Take wok add oil jeera hing and puree add all spices
  • Add water and let it boil
  • Add kofta in it and let it boil
  • Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
