Take half cabbage

Add besan salt ajwain red chilli powder and mix well
Make puree of tomato and onion
Make small balls of cabbage and fry in oil on medium flame
Take wok add oil jeera hing and puree add all spices
Add water and let it boil
Add kofta in it and let it boil
Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
