Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups cabbage


  • 1 cups besan


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp coriander masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 cups oil


  • 2 nos onion


  • 2 nos tomato


  • 1 sprig ginger garlic paste

Directions

  • Take a bowl
  • Add cabbage and besan and mix well
  • Add spices and mix well
  • Take a kadai
  • Add oil in it
  • From mixture make balls
  • Fry these balls until crispy
  • Take a pan
  • Add oil in it.
  • Add onion, ginger and garlic paste and saute well
  • Add tomato and mix well
  • Add spices and mix well.
  • Add balls and mix well
  • Add 2 cup water
  • Mix well
  • Boil it for 5 min
  • It's ready
