Ingredients

  • cabbage 1 cups

  • Besan 1 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander masala 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Oil 2 cups

  • onion 2 nos

  • tomato 2 nos

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 sprig

    Take a bowl

    Add cabbage and besan and mix well

    Add spices and mix well

    Take a kadai

    Add oil in it

    From mixture make balls

    Fry these balls until crispy

    Take a pan

    Add oil in it.

    Add onion, ginger and garlic paste and saute well

    Add tomato and mix well

    Add spices and mix well.

    Add balls and mix well

    Add 2 cup water

    Mix well

    Boil it for 5 min
