Boiled Yellow peas - 100 grms
Carrot grated -1/2 bowl
Cucumber -1/2 bowl
Grated coconut-1/2 bowl
Amsure powder(dry mango powder)-1/4tsp
Salt to taste -1/2 tsp
Directions
please boil the yellow peas for about 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame.
add 1tsp of oil, and add the tempering ingredients like matured seeds, jeera, asafoetida and green chilly
Once it's fried completely,add the boiled yellow peas.
And add grated coconut, cucumber, carrot and salt to taste.
Mix it well and switch of the flame.
now your yummy and tasty healthy yellow peas sundal is ready to serve.
