Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1 Cup Cooked White Chana

  • 1 Cup Cooked Kidney beans

  • 2 Glass of Basmati rice

  • 1 Onion,4- 5 Green beans

  • 1 tsp Ginger & garlic paste

  • 3-4 Green chilly,4 tsp Cooking Oil

  • 2 Cloves,2 Cinnamon,1 Bay leaf

  • 1-2 Cardamom,1/4 ts p Fennel seeds

  • Few Coriander leaves,Few mint leaves

  • Salt to taste

    1)In a cooker heat oil add cloves,Cinnamon,Bay leaf,Fennel seeds,Cardamom,green chilly & saute well. 2)Then add onion,ginger,garlic and saute well. 3)Add white chana,kidney beans,green beans and saute for 3 to 5 mins. 4)Pour 4 Glass of water bring to boil,next add washed rice and stir well,pressure cook in medium flame for 3 whistle,it takes 10 -12 mins.Remove the lid after the steam is released. 5)Garnish Corainder leaves & ready to serve
