Ingredients
Serves 4
100 gm prawns ,deshelled
2 tsp roasted rawa
4-5 tsp gram flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1 cup oil
Directions
Wash prawns properly.
Add besan, red chilli, salt on that and coat it evenly.
Sprinkle some water and roll it on the rawa.
Heat oil and deep fry prawns.
Remove Excess oil using tissue paper and serve hot.
Crunchy prawns are ready
