Ingredients

  • 1 cup shreded cabbage

  • 1 onion sliced

  • 1 /2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp rice flour

  • 4 tsp gram flour

  • 1 pinch carrom seeds

  • 1/4 tsp haldi

  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and add some water to make a batter.

    Heat oil until hot

    Take one tsp hot oil and mix it in the better .

    This process helps to make the fritter crispy

    Now make small pakodas and deep fry it until golden.

    Serve hot
