Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup shreded cabbage


  • 1 onion sliced


  • 1 /2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp rice flour


  • 4 tsp gram flour


  • 1 pinch carrom seeds


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and add some water to make a batter.
  • Heat oil until hot
  • Take one tsp hot oil and mix it in the better .
  • This process helps to make the fritter crispy
  • Now make small pakodas and deep fry it until golden.
  • Serve hot
