Ingredients

1/2 cup gram flour
1 teaspoon carom seeds
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped green chili optional
1 teaspoon rock salt
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 pinch of black pepper powder
1 pinch of red chilli powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 tablespoon butter to roast
Directions
Mix all the ingredients with gram flour
Now add water slowly to make smooth thick mixture
Take a nonstick pan
Greece butter and spread 1 spoon mixture and make spread with the help of spatula
Make a thin layer and roast at very low flame
Sprinkle hot butter on upper layer and turn the side
Roast until it looks golden and cooked
