Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gram flour


  • 1 teaspoon carom seeds


  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion


  • 1 teaspoon chopped green chili optional


  • 1 teaspoon rock salt


  • 1 teaspoon turmeric


  • 1 pinch of black pepper powder


  • 1 pinch of red chilli powder


  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala


  • 1 teaspoon garam masala


  • 1 tablespoon butter to roast

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients with gram flour
  • Now add water slowly to make smooth thick mixture
  • Take a nonstick pan
  • Greece butter and spread 1 spoon mixture and make spread with the help of spatula
  • Make a thin layer and roast at very low flame
  • Sprinkle hot butter on upper layer and turn the side
  • Roast until it looks golden and cooked
