Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cum poha or fltten rice

  • 1/2 oats

  • 1/2 cup semolina

  • 1 cup curd

  • 1 chopped potato

  • 1 chopped carrot

  • 1 chopped tomato

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1/2 cup boiled peas

  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum

  • 4 tsp peanuts

  • 1 chopped green chilli

  • 4 tsp coriander leaves

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • Salt as per taste or 1 tsp

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp eno fruit salt

Directions

    Wash poha and oats and keep aside for 10 min.

    Now in a mixer jar add put poha,oats,semolina and curd.grind it and make a smooth paste

    Tranfer the paste in a bowl

    Add all veggies and spices

  • 05

    add little water and and mix well.now add oil and mix it again

    Now greese muffins mould.add eno fruit salt in batter .mix well.pour into moulds

    Now in preheat oven bake for 25 min at 220 degree

  • 08

    Let them cool and demould.serve with tomato sauce.healthy breakfast muffins are ready...
