Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cum poha or fltten rice


  • 1/2 oats


  • 1/2 cup semolina


  • 1 cup curd


  • 1 chopped potato


  • 1 chopped carrot


  • 1 chopped tomato


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 1/2 cup boiled peas


  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum


  • 4 tsp peanuts


  • 1 chopped green chilli


  • 4 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • Salt as per taste or 1 tsp


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp eno fruit salt

Directions

  • Wash poha and oats and keep aside for 10 min.
  • Now in a mixer jar add put poha,oats,semolina and curd.grind it and make a smooth paste
  • Tranfer the paste in a bowl
  • Add all veggies and spices
  • add little water and and mix well.now add oil and mix it again
  • Now greese muffins mould.add eno fruit salt in batter .mix well.pour into moulds
  • Now in preheat oven bake for 25 min at 220 degree
  • Let them cool and demould.serve with tomato sauce.healthy breakfast muffins are ready...
