Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Milk 0.5 ltr

  • Eggs 2

  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp

  • Sugar0.5 cup

  • Fresh Cream and apples for garnish

Directions

    For caramel: Take sugar in bowl in which you are making pudding.place it in microwave for 1-2 minutes.

    Keep your eye on it. once it starts browning and melting with dark amber color. Take it out.

    To make pudding: Take eggs and sugar in a blender and blend it for a minute.

    Add milk and vanilla essence and again blend for a minute.

    Pour this into prepared pudding bowl.

    Place the pudding bowl in microwave , close the door . Microwave it for 3 -5 minutes.

    Take it out and allow it to cool down.

  • 08

    Refrigerate it and serve chill with your choice of garnishing
