Spring onions white finely chopped 2
Ginger 1 inch
Carrots , 2 grated
Peas 1/4 cup frozen
Beaten Egg 1
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour 4 tbsp
Olive oil 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp or to taste
Spinach chopped 1/2 cup
Microwave the fish fillet for 2 minutes.
Mash the fish fillets into a bowl.Add the grated veggies, spring onions, ginger, chilli, garlic powder, salt .Mix well together.
Add the beaten egg and all purposr flour.Mix until combined.
Grease your palms and make small patties.
Preheat microwave at 180 deg. And place the prepared fritters in a tray.
Bake it for 10 minutes and fish fritters are ready to serve.
