Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 2 fish fillet, 150 gm each

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2-3 tbsp oil

Directions

    Pat dry the fish well. Cut into 4-5 inch pieces or can use whole too.

    Season with salt and pepper.

  • 03

    Take flour in a plate and add paprika to it.

  • 04

    Coat the fish in flour by pressing down on it well. Shake off any excess flour.

    Heat a thick pan and add oil to it.

  • 06

    Add the fish and cook on medium flame till golden brown on each side .

  • 07

    Serve hot and crispy with dip and salad.
