  • 2 fish fillet, 150 gm each

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2-3 tbsp oil


  • Pat dry the fish well. Cut into 4-5 inch pieces or can use whole too.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Take flour in a plate and add paprika to it.
  • Coat the fish in flour by pressing down on it well. Shake off any excess flour.
  • Heat a thick pan and add oil to it.
  • Add the fish and cook on medium flame till golden brown on each side .
  • Serve hot and crispy with dip and salad.
