Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup cabbage julienne

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 2- 3 green chilli chopped

  • 3/4 cup gramflour

  • 2 spoon rice flour

  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 spoon turmeric

  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder

  • 3/4 cup oil for frying

Directions

    In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except oil.

    Add little water slowly and mix to make a batter.

  • 03

    Scoop out the mixture in small quantities and drop in hot oil and deep fry on midium flame till golden brown in colour and crisp .

  • 04

    Serve hot with sause or chutney.
