Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Chopped onions 1
Chopped coriander leaves 1 cup
Turmeric powder 1tsp
Chaat masala 2tsp
Besan 1/2 cup
Peel boiled eggs. And cut them into halves.
Smash the potatoes well.
In a pan add few drops of oil. Add ginger garlic paste saute for few minutes
Add onions and fry till soft add potatoes and salt
Mix it nicely add turmeric powder and chat masala.
Mix it well. Let it cool down.
Now make batter of besan and corn flour. A thick batter.
Cover the eggs with potato masala. Dip into besan batter and deep fry.
