Marinate the fish fillets with salt and lemon juice/Add one teaspoon garlic paste/Add1/2teaspoon white pepper powder./keep it aside for minimum 1/2an hour/In a flat dish combine bread crumbs and salt/Another separate fish add flour and remaining pepper./In the third dish add that beaten egg/Now coat th the fish fillet with flour ./Dip it in beaten egg./Then coat it with bread crumbs/Give it a shape like stick./ Deep fry the fillets with medium heat/ serve hot with Tarter sauce & salads
