Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Jackfruit - 1 cube cut

  • Onion - 1 chopped Garlic pods - 10 Ginger - 1 inch Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Red chill powder - 1 tsp Garam masala powder - 1 tsp funnel seed - 1/2 tsp flour - 3 tbsp Green chilli paste - 1 tbsp coriander chopped - 1 banch Mustard oil for deep fry Breadcrumbs - 100 gm salt to taste

Directions

    Boil jack fruit with salt till soft

  • 02

    Heat kadhai add onion chopped garlic chopped ginger paste and green chilli paste fry till raw arom goes add turmeric powder jack fruit mix and saute for sometime

    Mash jackfruit add red chili powder funnel seed garam masala coriander chopped salt to taste mix and shape keep aside

  • 04

    In a bowl mix flour with water and salt to taste make sem liquid better

  • 05

    Pou into better chop then coat with breadcrumbs and keep it in refrigerate dry fry before to serves

  • 06

    Served with mango chutney
