Ingredients
Serves 2
1 bowl daal (tur) 100 grms suji /semolina 4-5 Green chillies Fresh coriander 2 tbsp corn flour oil for frying 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp raw mango powder salt as per taste
Directions
Take a bowl & add 1 cup of left over dal into it. Then take 100 gms of Semolina(Rava) and add into the mixture. Next add salt to taste (Keep in mind that we already have salt in the dal)
Now convert the mixture into dough by adding 2 tbsp of oil in between
Once soft dough is ready , let it rest for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes Add:- 4 tbsp of corn flour(or all purpose flour) for a crispy texture. Then add 1 tsp of Red chilli powder,1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp raw mango powder, 1 tap of grated ginger, 4-5 finely chopped green chillies, some fresh coriander.
Now mix all the ingredients well
Now once all the ingredients are mixed in the dough then convert the dough into small balls
The balls are now ready to fry. Now heat up a pan and add 2 bowl of oil into it.Let it get heated on a medium flame
Once the balls are golden brown they are ready to serve. You can serve the left over dal snacks with some tomato coriander dip or tomato ketchup and Enjoy with your family and friends. Thank you
