Soak chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.
Add diced strawberries, kiwi orange in a bowl.
For salsa dressing in a bowl add honey, lime juice, orange juice, black pepper and chopped mint.
Add soaked chia to the dressing and mix it well.
Mix the dressing properly.
Now pour it over the diced fruits.
Toss the salsa. Incorporate everything well.

And serve it chill
