Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries, diced


  • 1/4 cup Kiwi, diced


  • 1/4 cup orange, diced


  • 2 Tbsp Mint, chopped


  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder


  • 1 Tbsp Honey


  • 1 Tbsp lime juice


  • 2 Tbsp Orange Juice


  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

Directions

  • Soak chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.
  • Add diced strawberries, kiwi orange in a bowl.
  • For salsa dressing in a bowl add honey, lime juice, orange juice, black pepper and chopped mint.
  • Add soaked chia to the dressing and mix it well.
  • Mix the dressing properly.
  • Now pour it over the diced fruits.
  • Toss the salsa. Incorporate everything well.
  • Chill the salsa
  • And serve it chill
