Ingredients

  • 2 Curry leaves

  • 3 salted egg yolk (cooked)

  • 2 tsp cornflour

  • 4 tsp rice flour

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 2 tsp butter

  • 600 gram prawn

Directions

  • 01

    -Fry prawn with mixed of corn flour, rice flour and black papper ( half cook). -Put aside

  • 02

    Add butter, garlic and curry leave

  • 03

    Add salted egg yolk

  • 04

    Fry until golden brown

  • 05

    Add prawn
