4 tsp rice flour
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp butter
600 gram prawn
Directions
-Fry prawn with mixed of corn flour, rice flour and black papper ( half cook). -Put aside
Add butter, garlic and curry leave
Add salted egg yolk
Fry until golden brown
Add prawn
