1 Egg 1 n half cup Milk Few Saffron strands 6 tbsp Sugar (as required) 1 tsp Cardamon powder 1 loaf of Bread
Beat egg and the rest till sugar all dissolved. Keep a big pan on flame, put one tablespoon of ghee and two tablespoon of oil, dip each slice in egg mixture and put in pan, can keep four slices at a go if using big pan. Brown on one side then toss the other side to brown it up, remove on a plate which has kitchen paper, to soak oil. Keep on doing same for all slices, can add oil and ghee if its drying up.
