Ingredients

  • 100gm milkmaid


  • 100gm dessicated coconut


  • 2 readymade paan for decorating and 1 leaf of paan to be mixed in halwa


  • 100gm gulukand


  • 1 tomato blanched


  • 1 kiwi finely chopped


  • 1 banana finely chopped


  • silver balls for decorating 1/2teaspoon


  • kesar strands for decorating 1 small packet


  • mix dry-fruit for decorating but maximum walnut will use 1/2 cup


  • sugar-1tablespoon


  • readymade tomato puree-1/4 of the box as shown in the picture


  • elachi powder-1/4teaspoon

Directions

  • Ingredients Used
  • firstly take a tomato and keep in microwave for 1-2min at 100%high power after that take out and blanch it well (means take out the tomato skin and then puree it in a mixer, strain and take out the tomato pulp, keep aside.
  • secondly take a kadai or wok,put the readymade tomato puree & homemade blanched tomato pulp together add 1tbsp sugar to it and heat well till sugar caramalizes.
  • thirdly add chopped kiwi and banana in it,mix well. Now add milkmaid plus dessicated coconut powder plus chopped paan leaf to it, mix well, cook on sim flame.
  • now lastly add gulukand, mixed dry-fruits -specially walnut to it & elachi powder, mix all well. At this time off the gas flame.
  • Decorate the serving plate with stuffed paan and rose petals, serve hot garnished with silver balls.
