Ingredients

  • oil 3 tbsp

  • pork 500 gms

  • cumin powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • paprika powder 2 tsp

  • Cardamom 4 nos

  • Clove 3 nos

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 2 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • green chillies 5 nos

  • Mint leaf and Kasuri methi 2 tbsp

  • onion 100 gms

  • Ginger Paste 1 tbsp

  • Garlic Paste 1 1/2 tsp

  • Curd 70 gms

  • Salt To Taste 1 pinch

  • Water 1 cups

Directions

    Pork Marinate With Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Viniger.. Mixed Well & Set Aside For 30 Min Heat The Oil In A Pan. Add Clove, Cardamom , And Saut For Minute Now Reduced The Heat And Add Onion Paste And Stir Till Colour Change Now Add Ginger And Garlic Paste And Saute Few Minutes

    Then Add Kasuri Methi And Mint Leaf And Cook 15 Min With Low Heat.. Stir Occasionally

    Add Garam Masala.. Other Spice With Curd½ Cup Water With Medium Heat..Stir Occasionally.

    After A Minute Spice Leave The Oil Now Add Marinated Pork With Salt And Stir Occasionally.And Cover& Cook For 40min With Medium Low Heat .

    Pork Is Done.. Garnish With Mint Leaf.
