Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 tbsp oil


  • 500 gms pork


  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 2 tsp paprika powder


  • 4 nos cardamom


  • 3 nos clove


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 tsp vinegar


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 5 nos green chillies


  • 2 tbsp mint leaf and kasuri methi


  • 100 gms onion


  • 1 tbsp ginger paste


  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 70 gms curd


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 1 cups water

Directions

  • Pork Marinate With Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Viniger.. Mixed Well & Set Aside For 30 Min Heat The Oil In A Pan. Add Clove, Cardamom , And Saut For Minute Now Reduced The Heat And Add Onion Paste And Stir Till Colour Change Now Add Ginger And Garlic Paste And Saute Few Minutes
  • Then Add Kasuri Methi And Mint Leaf And Cook 15 Min With Low Heat.. Stir Occasionally
  • Add Garam Masala.. Other Spice With Curd½ Cup Water With Medium Heat..Stir Occasionally.
  • After A Minute Spice Leave The Oil Now Add Marinated Pork With Salt And Stir Occasionally.And Cover& Cook For 40min With Medium Low Heat .
  • Pork Is Done.. Garnish With Mint Leaf.
  • Serve Hot With Rumali Ruti
