Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos chicken (cut in smol pcs or 1/2 kg boneless chicken pcs)


  • 2 nos onions (chopped)


  • Onions (chopped) 2 nos


  • 1 tsp whole garam masala (few black pepper corns, cloves, bay leaves n cinnamon sticks)


  • 1 cups yogurt


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp cummin powder


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp tomato puree


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1 dash corriander powder


  • 1/2 cups spinach (chopped coarsely o paste, i prefer chopped)


  • 1 piece ginger (chopped)


  • 5 nos garlic cloves (chopped)


  • 1/2 cups methi (fenugreek leaves) or lil kasuri methi

Directions

  • Blend tomatoes, yogurt, tomato puree, garam masala, cummin powder chilli powder, green chillies n ginger garlic paste to a very fine paste
  • Braise onion to golden brown color add whole garam masalas n chicken braise til chicken is browned up
  • Add de blended tomato mixture n remaining ingredients n cook til chicken is done
  • Add spinach n simmer
  • Garnish wid whole green chillies n chopped corriander leaves
  • Serve wid parathha o naans
