Ingredients

  • Chicken (leg-chest) 1 kgs

  • Onions (chopped) 4 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • Ginger-Garlic paste 2 tsp

  • Green chilly 4 nos

  • Coriander 1 tsp

  • Kasoori methi (mashed) 1 tsp

  • Degi mirch 1 tsp

  • Haldi 1 tsp

  • Pisa dhaniya 2 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Salt 1.5 tsp

  • Oil 1/2 cups

    Heat oil add onions

  • 02

    Stir for 10 minutes

    Add ginger -garlic paste

    Stir well

    Add tomatoes and chilly paste

    Add some water...stir

  • 07

    Add salt, haldi, degi mirch, pisa dhaniya and stir

    Add chicken. ..stir

    Keep low Flames

  • 10

    Let chicken fry  in tadka till oil  remove

  • 11

    Add kasuri methi in between

  • 12

    Add one cup water and cover on low flame

  • 13

    Wait for 10-12 minutes

    Add chopped garam masala stir

  • 15

    Add coriander

  • 16

    Serve hot with chappati or naan
