Ingredients

  • 1 cups spinach (chopped)


  • 1 cups cabbage (shredds)


  • 1 nos onion (sliced)


  • 2 nos green chillies


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp sabzi masala


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 8-10 nos corriander leaves (chopped)


  • 2 cups besan (gram flour)


  • 1 tbsp rice flour

Directions

  • Kip a wok on flame pour oil for deep frying...
  • Tek a big bowl n mix all ingredients wid water to mek a nice batter (not watery or dry) easy to scoop wid hand n put in the wok...
  • fry to golden brown color, crisped up pakoras...
  • remuv on strainer den lay on platter...
  • serve wid imli n hot chutneys
