Ingredients

1 cup Besan (Gram flour) 1 cup Yogurt 1 cup Water 1/2 tsp Ginger paste 1 Green chilli (pounded) Turmeric powder (pinch) Salt (as required)
Directions
Grease base of 2-3 big thhals or trays. Mix all ingredients very well, should be very smooth consistency. Cook the mixture and stir till it thickens do not leave without stirring or else it wil form lumps. Remove from flame and take big spoonsful pour on thhal and spread. To make a thin layer. Leave for 5-10 mins. Cut into 2 inches strips n roll up slowly. when all done keep on platter and sprinkle garnish on it. Garnish: Heat a tablespoon of oil add mustard seeds, curry leaves, sesame and green chillies let it splutter then pour on 2 tablespoon grated coconut. Add salt and sugar pour on khandvis. Garnish with corriander.
