  • Rohu fish 250 gms

  • Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Lemon juice 1 tsp

  • Rice flour 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 4 tbsp

  • Garlic paste 1 tsp

    Wash and clean the fish. Marinate fish with red chilly powder,turmeric powder,salt, garlic paste and lemon juice for 1/2 an hour. Add rice flour into the fish and mix well. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the fish pieces till brown both the sides. Serve hot with sauces.
