Ingredients

  • Fish pieces with bone 500 gms

  • Gram flour 300 gms

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Carom seeds 5 gms

  • Dry mango powder 1 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Mustard oil 1/2 cups

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Directions

    Wash The Fish.Marinate With Turmeric Powder,Salt And Lemon Juice. Keep It Half An Hour.

    Take A Bowl Add Gram Flour,Ginger Garlic Paste,Red Chilly Powder,Turmeric Powder,Carom Seeds,Roaster Mango Powder,Chat Masala,Salt And Some Water To Make A Solid Batter.

    Heat Oil In A Pan. Dip The Marinated Fish Pieces Into The Gram Flour Batter.

    Coat Them Well.

    Deep Fry The Fish Pieces Golden And Crispy.

    Drain In Paper Napkin. Serve Hot.
