Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms fish pieces with bone


  • 300 gms gram flour


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 5 gms carom seeds


  • 1 tsp dry mango powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups mustard oil


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Wash The Fish.Marinate With Turmeric Powder,Salt And Lemon Juice. Keep It Half An Hour.
  • Take A Bowl Add Gram Flour,Ginger Garlic Paste,Red Chilly Powder,Turmeric Powder,Carom Seeds,Roaster Mango Powder,Chat Masala,Salt And Some Water To Make A Solid Batter.
  • Heat Oil In A Pan. Dip The Marinated Fish Pieces Into The Gram Flour Batter.
  • Coat Them Well.
  • Deep Fry The Fish Pieces Golden And Crispy.
  • Drain In Paper Napkin. Serve Hot.
