Besan 2 cups
Oil 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Carom seeds 1/2tsp.
Salt 1 tsp +1/4 tsp.
Hing ( asafoetida) 1/2 tsp.
Oil for frying 3 cups
In a bowl take oil water hing salt carrom seeds n whisk it till mixture becomes opaque or slight fluffy.
You can mix with hands or whisk.
Then add besan little at a time by mixing it continuously.
Consistency should be medium.
Heat oil for frying in a big pan.
Keep a greased jhara on the pan and put 2 tbsp of batter on it.
Press with hand and make ganthiya.
Fry on little medium flame n drain.
Cool ganthiya and store in air tight container for 15 days or more .
