Cabbage Pakoda

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup shredded cabbage


  • 1 sliced onion


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1 green chilly chopped


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 /2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 cup Oil for frying


  • 2 tbsp gram flour

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add some water to make thick batter.
  • Heat oil and add 2 tsp oil in batter. Mix it well.
  • Check the heat and make small pakodas. Deep fry till golden brown and serve hot with chilly and chutney.
