Cabbage Pakoda
What a versatile vegetable,can be eaten raw as a salad or cooked in a curry. Why don't you give our cabbage recipes a try!

Ingredients
Serves :

2 cup shredded cabbage
1 sliced onion
1 tsp carrom seeds
1 green chilly chopped
1 pinch soda
1 /2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
2 cup Oil for frying
2 tbsp gram flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and add some water to make thick batter.
Heat oil and add 2 tsp oil in batter. Mix it well.
Check the heat and make small pakodas. Deep fry till golden brown and serve hot with chilly and chutney.
