Ingredients
Serves : 2
2 cup thinly sliced cabbage
1/2 cup grated coconut
2 dry red chilly
1 green chilly
1 small onion
1 tsp mustard seeds
6 curry leaves
1 tsp oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger
Directions
Mix turmeric powder and salt with cabbage and leave for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water and keep aside.
Crush green chilly, onion, ginger, curry leaves and mix with cabbage
Add grated coconut and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, when it splutter add red chilly and the cabbage mixture. Cook it On a high flame and keep stirring to avoid burning . Add few more curry leaves and when cabbage is cooked transfer on a serving bowl.
