Ingredients

Serves 3

  • boneless chicken 250 gms

  • yogurt 2 tbsp

  • maida 1 tbsp

  • rice flour 1 tsp

  • corn flour 1 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1.5 tsp

  • turmeric 1/4 tsp

  • salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • lemon juice or Vinegar 1 tsp

  • chicken masala/ Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • red food colouring optional 1 drop

Directions

    Add all ingredients except flours and food colouring in a bowl

  • 02

    Add chicken and marinate well. Rest for 2 hours or overnight

  • 03

    Now add all 3 flours and food colouring to chicken and mix well

  • 04

    Heat oil for frying. Drop marinated chicken in hot oil

  • 05

    Deep fry over low medium heat until golden brown

  • 06

    Fry chicken in batches

  • 07

    Fry little curry leaves until crisp over low heat

  • 08

    Garnish chicken with crisp curry leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges
