Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Boneless chicken - 1 kg


  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp


  • Turmeric powder - 2 tsp


  • Chilli powder - 2 tbsp


  • Chicken 65 powder - 2 tbsp


  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp


  • Cornflour powder - 2 tbsp


  • Eggs - 2 no


  • Lemon - 1 no


  • Salt - 5 tsp ( as required)


  • Oil - 1 cup ( for frying)

Directions

  • Wash the bonelss chicken which is cut into small cubes. After washing with water add vinegar, mix well and keep it aside for a while. Vinegar is to make the chicken tender.
  • Then take the chicken and remove the excess water from it.
  • In a mixing bowl put the chicken without water, add ginger garlic paste,eggs, turmeric powder, chilli powder, chicken 65 masala powder, cornflour, lemon and salt. Mix well all together in a way that each pieces are coated well.
  • Let it be marinated for minimum of 30 minutes and fry it in the hot oil batchwise. Turn sides and take out when it's cooked.
  • Tasty and crispy chicken 65 is ready. Enjoy it as a side dish with biriyani 😋
