Ingredients

200 gram Cabbage diced thinly
1 Tomato chopped
1/4 Capsicum chopped
1/4 lemon
1 tsp oil
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tsp mustard seeds
Directions
Heat oil in a pan.
When the oil is hot add mustard seeds.
Add capsicum , cabbage, salt tomato, coriander leaves, and mix.
After 2 minutes stop cooking and add lemon juice
Mix and serve warm or cooled.
Enjoy your salad.
