Ingredients

Serves 4

  • big head cabbage grated (250gms) 1 nos

  • boiled and grated potatoes 3 nos

  • cornflour 3 tbsp

  • maida 3 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • amchur powder 2 tsp

  • jaljeera powder 2 tsp

  • salt 3 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • coriander 2 tbsp

Directions

  • 01

    Take a big bowl mix all the above ings and make a soft dough.

  • 02

    Make small lemo size balls.

  • 03

    Keep the balls in fridge for 1/2 hour.

  • 04

    After 1/2 hour deep fry te balls on medium flame till golden brown.

  • 05

    Serve hot with green chutney.
