Description

These cabbage pakodas are deep fried balls made from cabbage and potatoes. Most kids dont like to have cabbage . So this is the better way to serve them kids happy Mom happy.

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos big head cabbage grated (250gms)


  • 3 nos boiled and grated potatoes


  • 3 tbsp cornflour


  • 3 tbsp maida


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp amchur powder


  • 2 tsp jaljeera powder


  • 3 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tbsp coriander

Directions

  • Take a big bowl mix all the above ings and make a soft dough.
  • Make small lemo size balls.
  • Keep the balls in fridge for 1/2 hour.
  • After 1/2 hour deep fry te balls on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with green chutney.
