Description
These cabbage pakodas are deep fried balls made from cabbage and potatoes. Most kids dont like to have cabbage . So this is the better way to serve them kids happy Mom happy.

Ingredients
Serves 4
big head cabbage grated (250gms) 1 nos
boiled and grated potatoes 3 nos
cornflour 3 tbsp
maida 3 tbsp
red chilli powder 2 tsp
amchur powder 2 tsp
jaljeera powder 2 tsp
salt 3 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
coriander 2 tbsp
Directions
Take a big bowl mix all the above ings and make a soft dough.
Make small lemo size balls.
Keep the balls in fridge for 1/2 hour.
After 1/2 hour deep fry te balls on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve hot with green chutney.
