Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 300 gram pamfret fish


  • 3 tsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 3 tsp bread crumbs


  • 1 tsp roasted sooji


  • 1 tsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Take a bowl and add gram flour, salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste,salt to taste and whisk.
  • Add some water to form a thick batter.
  • Take fish pieces and marinate for 15 minutes in frigde.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Take the fish and roll it in sooji and then in bread crumbs.
  • Shallow fry on both sides. Don't overcook it.
  • Add some lemon juice on top , sprinkle some pepper powder and serve hot.
