Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 tbsp oil

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2 cup cabbage grated

  • 1 tsp jeera

  • 3/4 tsp mustsrd seeds

  • 2 tbsp peanut

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric piwder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 8 curry leaves

  • 1/2 carrot grated

  • 2 tbsp chopped capsicum

  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 2 cup cooked rice

Directions

    Heat oil add mustard seeds, cumin, curryleaves saute and splutter, add peanuts and saute well.

    Add onions, green chilly, carrot, capsicum saute and cook it

  • 03

    Add cabbage, salt and saute for 3 minuted and cooked well.

  • 04

    Add turmeric, red chilly piwder, garam masala saute on low flame until it turns aromatic.

    Now add coomed rice, salt in it and mix well. Covet the pan cook on low flame for 3 minutes.
