Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Rice flour- 1cup


  • Water- 1.25cup


  • Salt- 1/2tsp


  • Chana dal- 2tbsp


  • Oil- 2tbsp 1cup for frying


  • Garlic- 3cloves


  • Green chili- 2


  • Haldi- 1/2tsp


  • Hing- 1/8tsp


  • Sesame seeds- 1/2cup

Directions

  • Peel and clean garlic.
  • Pound garlic and green chili togetger and keep aside.
  • Soak chana dal for 20 mins.
  • Heat kadai, add water to it. Then add haldi oil, salt, pounded garlic and green chili, soaked chana dal and 2tbsp of sesame seeds and let it boil.
  • Then rice flour to it and mix properly.
  • Then switch off the gas and let it stand for 10 mins.
  • Then remove to a plate and let it cool down. After cooling down knead the dough.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Spread sesame seeds in a plate
  • Now divide the dough into lemon size balls. Then roll it like a rope and roll on the sesame seeds and then join it like a bangle
  • Repair all the balls like bangle and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan deep fry these bangels till crisp
  • It should be consumed immediately.
