Ingredients
Serves 4
Rice flour- 1cup
Water- 1.25cup
Salt- 1/2tsp
Chana dal- 2tbsp
Oil- 2tbsp 1cup for frying
Garlic- 3cloves
Green chili- 2
Haldi- 1/2tsp
Hing- 1/8tsp
Sesame seeds- 1/2cup
Directions
Peel and clean garlic.
Pound garlic and green chili togetger and keep aside.
Soak chana dal for 20 mins.
Heat kadai, add water to it. Then add haldi oil, salt, pounded garlic and green chili, soaked chana dal and 2tbsp of sesame seeds and let it boil.
Then rice flour to it and mix properly.
Then switch off the gas and let it stand for 10 mins.
Then remove to a plate and let it cool down. After cooling down knead the dough.
Heat oil in a kadai. Spread sesame seeds in a plate
Now divide the dough into lemon size balls. Then roll it like a rope and roll on the sesame seeds and then join it like a bangle
Repair all the balls like bangle and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan deep fry these bangels till crisp
It should be consumed immediately.
