Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups oil for fry


  • 500 gms chicken


  • 3 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 cups curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

Directions

  • Take all Ingredient and mix it for marinate.Add some water and make it paste and add chicken to it.
  • Take the marinated chicken in a pressure cooker. Cover it with the lid without putting the cooker whistle. Steam the same.
  • Open the cooker and if stock is there, cook without putting the lid till chicken is fully dry
  • Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add chicken pieces and curry leaves.
  • Fry in high flame until chicken pieces are brown color.
  • Serve hot
