Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Oil for fry 1 cups

  • Chicken 500 gms

  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Curry leaves 1/2 cups

  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Take all Ingredient and mix it for marinate.Add some water and make it paste and add chicken to it.

    Take the marinated chicken in a pressure cooker. Cover it with the lid without putting the cooker whistle. Steam the same.

    Open the cooker and if stock is there, cook without putting the lid till chicken is fully dry

  • 04

    Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add chicken pieces and curry leaves.

    Fry in high flame until chicken pieces are brown color.

    Serve hot
