500gm Boneless chicken
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tbsp Green chilli paste
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp Coriander and cumin powder
1/2 tbsp Garam masala
1 tsp chaat masala
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Red orange food colour
1 tbsp Corn flour Rice flour
1 /2 tsp Salt
1 /4 cup Oil
10 - 15 Curry leaves
Directions
In a bowl take all ingredients except oil and curry leaves. Mix it well. Add 1 tbsp oil to it.
Keep it aside for 5 - 6 hours.
In a pan take oil and add marinated chicken to it. Shallow fry it.
When chicken cooked completely add curry leaves to it.
Serve with Scezwan chutney , lemon slices and onion rings.
