Ingredients
Serves 2
Chicken 100 gms
Chilly powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 100 ml
onion 100 gms
ginger 5 gms
Chilly 5 gms
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
chicken masala 3/4 tsp
Directions
Make a paste of chilly powder, turmeric powder,chicken and salt.
Now add chicken on to this paste and marinate it with this paste.
Then take a frying pan and heat it.
When it get hot add some oil and fry the chicken.
When the chicken piece turns to brown color add chopped piece of onion,ginger,and chilly.
Saute these ingredients until it changes to brown color.
Now the chicken fry is ready and transfer it into serving dish
