Ingredients
Serves 4
Bone less chicken 500 gms
Egg 1 nos
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Corn Flour 3 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder 1 tbsp
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Curry Leaves 1/2 cups
Slitted Green Chillies 8-10 nos
Oil 1/2 cups
Chopped Coriander 1/2 cups
Curd 2 tbsp
Directions
Except green chillies and curry leaves marinate the chicken with other ingredients.
Marinate for 2-3 hours.
Heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil another Kadhai, add chillies and curry leaves saute for while. Add beaten curd , salt, pinch of sugar, 1/4 tsp Orange red colour and mix it . Add fried chicken pieces.
Mix.and cook for 2-3 mins and serve
