Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Milk 1 litre.


  • brown and (vanilla or strawberry) powder 2 tsp


  • sugar 1 cups


  • banana 1 cups


  • green and black grapes 1 cups


  • alphanso mango 1 cups


  • Chopped Apple 1 cups


  • Chopped Sapota 1 cups


  • Chopped Nuts 1/2 cups


  • Chia Seeds 1 tsp


  • mint leaves and edible flowers for decoration 3 nos

Directions

  • Heat milk , add sugar and stir till it dissolves completely. Mix custard powder in cold milk and mix it . Now pour the mixture and add nuts.
  • Simmer on low heat for some time and let it cool. Keep it fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile chop fruits and when the custard is chilled add all fruits and mix gently
  • Serve in bowls and sprinkle some chia seeds. Decorate with mint leaves and flowers. Eat and treat .
