Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Milk 1 litre

  • brown and (vanilla or strawberry) powder 2 tsp

  • sugar 1 cups

  • banana 1 cups

  • green and black grapes 1 cups

  • alphanso mango 1 cups

  • Chopped Apple 1 cups

  • Chopped Sapota 1 cups

  • Chopped Nuts 1/2 cups

  • Chia Seeds 1 tsp

  • mint leaves and edible flowers for decoration 3 nos

Directions

    Heat milk , add sugar and stir till it dissolves completely. Mix custard powder in cold milk and mix it . Now pour the mixture and add nuts.

    Simmer on low heat for some time and let it cool. Keep it fridge for 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile chop fruits and when the custard is chilled add all fruits and mix gently

    Serve in bowls and sprinkle some chia seeds. Decorate with mint leaves and flowers. Eat and treat .
