Remove shells of prawns
Deep fry in oil. And remove .
In same oil add rai and let it splutter
Now add ginger garlic paste and let raw smell go away
Next add onions and salt .
Keep stirring till onions turn golden brown
Add haldi , red chilli powder and mix well.
Add prawns and cook for 6 minutes covering the lid
Add coriander leaves to garnish. Serve with white rice.
