Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 kg prawns


  • 5-6 onions finely chopped


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp rai, haldi


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder

Directions

  • Remove shells of prawns
  • Deep fry in oil. And remove .
  • In same oil add rai and let it splutter
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and let raw smell go away
  • Next add onions and salt .
  • Keep stirring till onions turn golden brown
  • Add haldi , red chilli powder and mix well.
  • Add prawns and cook for 6 minutes covering the lid
  • Add coriander leaves to garnish. Serve with white rice.
