Boneless chicken 200 gms
Cornflour 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Orange food color (optional 1/8 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves (chopped) 2 tbsp
Curry leaves(chopped) 1 tbsp
Refined Oil(for frying) 1 cups
Tempering,Slitted Green Chilies 3-4 nos
Curry Leaves 12 nos
Refined Oil 2 tbsp
Marinate the chicken with all the items mentioned except the refined oil and tempering ingredients, for atleast 1 hour.
Deep fry the chicken in very hot oil and keep aside.
Take another pan, add little oil, when hot add the curry leaves and green chillies.
Add the fried chicken and stir. Serve.
