  • Prawns 1/2 kgs

  • onion 3 nos

  • Curry leaves 5-6 nos

  • ginger 1 nos

  • garlic 4 nos

  • Red chilly powder 3 tbsp

  • Kashmiri chilly 3 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Garam masala 2 tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

    Take a bowl and add the freshly, cleaned prawns into it and add(2 tbspn) red chilly powder, (2 tbspn)kashmir I powder, turmeric powder, garam masala , ginger garlic paste, salt and black pepper powder . Mix these ingredients very well and keep it aside for half an hour. Now take a pan and add little bit of oil., and add onion to it and add the remaining qty of red chilly powder and kashmir powder and the required qty of salt if needed. Sort the mixture well until it turns out into black-brown colour and finally add the prawn mixture which is kept aside into the pan and fry it deeply . Say for about half an hour until the prawns get well cooked. When the prawns are very well cooked turn off the flame and garnish it with curry leaves.
