Digestive biscuits, powdered 22 nos
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
NOVA Butter 3-4 tbsp
Marshmallows as many as desired almost 1 1/2 cups
Chocolate chunks of your favourite chocolate.( I used galaxy bars here) 4 nos
Make a base for the s'mores using the powdered biscuits cocoa powder and the butter.
Spoon them in a muffin pan or in a muffin liner.
Press it with the help of your fingers nicely making a dent in between
Bake these at 180 degrees for about 15-18 mins.
Remove them and place a chocolate chunk in the dent we made, then top it up with the marshmallows so as to cover it up.
If you like to make it more chocolaty, top it up with one more chocolate chunk on the marshmallows
Keep it back in the oven just for 2 mins until the marshmallows melt.
This is what i did for that extra gooey chocolaty experience.
Enjoy them hot immediately for that awesome taste
