Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos fruits of ur choice:apple


  • 1 nos kiwi


  • 1/4 nos pineapple


  • 1 nos mango


  • 5-6 nos grapes


  • 2 nos strawberry


  • 2 nos banana


  • 3-4 tbsp sugar


  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1 tsp rose essence


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • At first cook chopped pineapple by adding water and sugar for 15 minutes
  • To this vanilla essence lemon juice rose water and salt
  • Mix well
  • Remove from the heat,Keep aside
  • After coming down to room temperature keep this in the fridge
  • Now chop all other fruits and add to the cooled pineapple syrup and mix well
  • Then keep it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours
  • Serve with ice cream and enjoy
