Ingredients

  • basmati rice 1 1/2 cups

  • cabbage chopped 2 cups

  • pepper powder 1 tsp

  • oil 1 tsp

  • capsicum chopped 1 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • salt 1 pinch

  • cheese grated 2 tbsp

Directions

    Heat oil, saute chopped onion until transparent

  • 02

    Saute cabbage and capsicum in the same

  • 03

    Cook rice and keep aside

  • 04

    When it is about to cook, add salt and pepper, mix well

  • 05

    Add cooked rice in this stir

  • 06

    Sprinkle cheese over this, serve hot
