Tomato sauce 60 ml
thin cream 60 ml
lemon juice 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Tabasco pepper sauce red 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste 1 pinch
Black pepper freshly ground to taste 1/4 tsp
prawns deveined cooked with shell 8 nos
Directions
Combine the tomato sauce cream lemon juice Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco in a small glass bowl to make the cocktail sauce
Season with salt and pepper
Place the lettuce in 04 serving glasses
Top with the prawns and drizzle with the cocktail sauce
