Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 60 ml tomato sauce
  • 60 ml thin cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp tabasco pepper sauce red
  • 1 pinch salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground to taste
  • 8 nos prawns deveined cooked with shell

Directions

  • Combine the tomato sauce cream lemon juice Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco in a small glass bowl to make the cocktail sauce
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Place the lettuce in 04 serving glasses
  • Top with the prawns and drizzle with the cocktail sauce
